Prior to the creation of MLC, Mr. Mallar worked with Johnson & Johnson Limited – a well-known Fortune 500 company – first, as legal counsel and as a Member of the Management Board, and later, in the capacity of Executive Vice-President, Company Secretary as well as General Counsel. He also served as Director in all nine subsidiary companies of Johnson & Johnson for decades.
